1. Eligibility The “$500 Giveaway (Spring 2026)” (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Idaho who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (the age of majority in Idaho) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Participating Stations (the “Stations”), Iliad Media Group, Westmark Credit Union (the “Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside of Idaho and where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter The qualifying period for the Contest begins on March 30, 2026, and ends on May 22, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). To enter, listen to the Stations weekdays during the Contest Period at approximately 7:20, 8:20, 9:20, 12:20, 2:20, and 5:20. Station hosts will give unique keywords each time. Listeners must enter those keywords on the Listen Boise app to be entered to win.

Limit one (1) entry per keyword per person. The radio station’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. The Station is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind.

3. Prizes Forty (40) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Contest Period. Each Grand Prize consists of $500. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $500.00.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Station or Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Station or Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners receiving $600 or more in total prizes from the Station during the calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize(s).

4. Winner Selection One winner will be randomly chosen each day from among all eligible entries received. If the station attempts to reach a qualifier and they receive no answer, the station reserves the right to select another qualifier until a winner is found.

The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Decisions of the Station and Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

5. General Conditions By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station and Sponsor. The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, including the Idaho Consumer Protection Act and Idaho Statutes Title 18, Chapter 38 (Gambling and Lotteries), and applicable federal laws. In accordance with FCC 47 C.F.R. § 73.1216, the Station will conduct the Contest substantially as announced or advertised.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent to the Station’s and Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

The Station and Sponsor reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion.
