Official Rules: Forrest Frank Flyaway SPONSORED BY: ILIAD MEDIA GROUP OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES: FORREST FRANK FLYAWAY NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participating Stations: KZMG (102.7 FM) | Sponsor: Iliad Media Group 1. Eligibility The Forrest Frank Flyaway contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the state of Idaho who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (the age of majority) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Iliad Media Group, participating radio stations, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside of Idaho and where prohibited by law. 2. How to Enter The Contest qualifying period begins on June 22, 2026, and ends on July 3, 2026. To enter, listen to the participating radio station, MY 102.7 (KZMG), weekdays at approximately 8:20 and 3:20 for the official Forrest Frank Flyaway keywords. When you hear the keyword broadcast on the Station, enter the keyword on the Listen Boise app. All entries must be received by the end of the qualifying period to be eligible. The Station’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. 3. Prizes One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of: Airfare, hotel accommodations and tickets to Forrest Frank’s concert July 20, 2026 at Ball Arena in Denver Colorado. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1500.00. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winner for the ARV of the prize, as it meets or exceeds the $600.00 reporting threshold. The prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor or the Station. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value. 4. Winner Selection One listener will be chosen at random from all eligible entries at the conclusion of the contest and called by phone. If the first qualifier does not answer their phone, Station hosts will draw another qualifier until a winner is found. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. 5. General Conditions By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsorand the Station, which are final and binding in all respects. In compliance with FCC 47 C.F.R. § 73.1216, the Station will broadcast the material terms of the Contest and conduct the Contest substantially as announced. This Contest is conducted in accordance with Idaho state laws, including Idaho Code § 18-3801 and Idaho Admin. Code r. 04.02.01.080 regarding chance promotions and the prohibition of consideration. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and the Station’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
